Cookie notice
What cookies wealthaiclash.life uses, why we use them, and how you can accept, reject or customise your preferences at any time.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit. They let a site remember choices you've made, keep essential features working across pages, and, where you agree, help us understand which pages and workshop lanes are getting the most attention. This notice covers the cookies set by wealthaiclash.life and works alongside our broader privacy notice.
2. The choice you get on arrival
The first time you visit wealthaiclash.life, a cookie banner appears at the bottom of the screen with three options: Accept all, Reject non-essential, and Customise. No box is pre-checked and no non-essential cookie is set before you make a choice. Essential cookies needed to run basic site functions, such as remembering your cookie preference itself, are used regardless, because the site could not function correctly without them.
You can change your mind at any time by returning to this page, where the preference controls below (also reachable via the "Customise" option on the banner) let you adjust categories individually.
3. Categories of cookies we use
Strictly necessary
These cookies are required for the site to work: remembering that you closed the mobile menu, storing your cookie preference so we don't ask again every visit, and supporting the booking form's basic operation. They cannot be switched off, because doing so would break core functionality.
Analytics
With your consent, we use lightweight analytics cookies to understand, in aggregate, which pages and workshop lanes are viewed most often, so we can improve navigation and content. These cookies do not identify you personally and are not combined with your booking records.
Marketing
With your consent, we may use marketing-related cookies to measure the effectiveness of any promotional campaign referring visitors to this site, such as noting that a visit arrived from a particular link. We do not run third-party advertising on wealthaiclash.life itself.
4. A note on session and form cookies
When you submit our contact form, a short-lived technical cookie may be used to protect against automated spam submissions (working alongside a hidden honeypot field in the form itself). This is treated as strictly necessary because it protects the studio's booking channel from abuse.
5. Manage your preferences
Use the buttons below to set your preference. Choosing "Reject non-essential" or "Accept all" here has the same effect as choosing it from the banner, and will be remembered on this device until you clear your browser storage or change it again here.
If JavaScript is disabled in your browser, these buttons will not store a preference; the cookie banner will simply continue to appear, and no non-essential cookie will be set in the meantime.
6. Cookies set by third parties
Where we load fonts from Google Fonts to display the Outfit, Literata and JetBrains Mono typefaces used across this site, a request is made to Google's font servers, which may log standard technical request information under Google's own policies. If you have concerns about this, most browsers let you block third-party font requests, though the site will fall back to a system font in that case.
7. How long cookies last
Strictly necessary preference cookies typically last up to twelve months or until you clear them. Analytics and marketing cookies, where enabled, generally expire within thirteen months, in line with standard practice for consent-based cookies in Canada.
8. Managing cookies in your browser
Beyond the controls on this page, you can also manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may affect how well this site and others function, including our booking form and menu behaviour.
9. Changes to this notice
We may revise this cookie notice as our tools change. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest update, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acknowledgement of the revised notice.
